Prym Consumer USA stands behind the quality of our sewing, quilting, and crafting tools. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or your own trackable shipping method to the outside of the box and drop it off at a designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
